Hotel Edelweiss - Saalbach-Hinterglemm

We were extremely impressed with this place. The location was perfect - so close to the town center and ski lifts, making it really convenient to get around. The service was top notch, with friendly and accommodating staff who went above and beyond to make us feel special. The room itself was fantastic, spacious, modern, and comfortable. And the food. oh my goodness. The breakfast buffet was extensive, and the 6-course dinners were absolutely amazing. We also loved the pool and relaxation area, which offered breathtaking panoramic views.

We would definitely recommend this place to our friends.

Very nice room, good SPA treatment

It was cool in the dining area, it was described as 100 m walk to a piste but its not.

The whole package was great, especially to emphasize is the restaurant; great atmosphere, super cozy at a high level. Also the spa area fulfilled the expectations, great design.

Our room was clean and stylish, and the breakfast was fantastic.

No negatives from this place.

Outstanding was the pool on the fourth floor. From there you have a fantastic view over the alpine landscape and you can watch the sunset perfectly in the sun loungers. Besides, the spa was extraordinary. The whirlpool, the warmth infrared cabins, as well as the saunas were the hammer! 5 stars!!!!

Location, wellness area, skier's snack, food was excellent. Chef personally takes care of the well-being of the guests.

Unfortunately, we were not informed about an underground car park. We only figured it out on our last night. Basically it wasn't a problem, but it would have saved us removing snow from the car.

We loved the modern-rustical room, spacious enough for our family. the brand new spa and relaxing area downstairs were a nice addition. the top-floor pool and relaxation area with glass walls offered a stunning view over the valley. the food at the restaurant was of high quality. the hotel is conveniently located next to a ski-lift, making it easy to access the gondolas.

Felt like a fairytale stay, no reason to complain.

Nothing, it was perfect.

The food was phenomenal. This applies to breakfast and above all to the 6-course dinner menu. Spa area and restaurant have been completely renovated a few years ago. Beautiful and stylish.

A little more staff present would be good.

We had a great new room with two bedrooms and living room. This was the right retreat after long ski tours. The staff was friendly, but should be better trained for the hotel's demands in dealing with guests at the table.

We love the hotel's location, just a few steps from the ski lifts and the town centre, making it the perfect spot for ski-lovers and families with children. the rooms are well heated and spacious, with excellent housekeeping and high-spec materials. We enjoyed the amazing pool with panoramic views, whilst the breakfast buffet had something for every taste.

The large groups dining next to smaller tables could sometimes be too loud and intrusive, ruining the atmosphere which the hotel had so carefully designed.

Breakfast was good, dinner excellent. Beautiful sauna landscape with great relaxation rooms. Also the indoor swimming pool is very nice.

Modern-rustical room, spacious. Unused bath due to kids. Brand new spa and large relaxing area downstairs. Highlight: pool with glass walls and valley view on top floor. Good food at restaurant. Close to ski-lift, but walk needed for ski-school with kids.

The room was quite spacious, and had a beautiful mountain view. The location was great, being close to popular tourist spots and the city center. The staff was friendly and accommodating, always trying to assist us with any inquiries.

the breakfast buffet was quite basic, lacking variety. the room had no air conditioning, making it very uncomfortable during hot weather.

I always come back for the friendly staff and amazing location. The first time, they even helped me with a taxi. This place has it all: Wi-Fi, valet parking, luggage storage, bar, restaurant, indoor swimming pool. Perfect for a romantic escape.
